How it helps

Where the day breaks down, and what replaces it.

Each problem below is paired with the part of CareChronix that handles it.

Scheduling and open shifts

The problem: Crews and open shifts are planned on boards and in texts.

What you get: Schedule shifts by site in the web app and post open shifts. Crews use the mobile app.

Clock-in at the site

The problem: You cannot tell from a timesheet that the crew was on the site.

What you get: Workers clock in at the site and clock out before leaving. Geofenced clock-in and clock-out is saved with the shift. The record includes the type of work, client or site, worker, date, location, and start and end time.

Mileage between sites

The problem: Drive time between sites is collected on paper.

What you get: Track mileage on its own or together with a shift, in the web app and the mobile app.

Credentials and expiry

The problem: Cards and tickets expire and the file is somewhere else.

What you get: Onboard workers, store documents and credentials, and track expiry.

Forms, notes, and incidents

The problem: Job forms and incident reports are emailed after the day.

What you get: Send forms to employees or clients. Collect digital signatures, contracts, and uploads. Save notes, incident reports, and tasks with the shift. Changes stay in an audit trail.

Reports and access

The problem: Site reports are rebuilt from texts and spreadsheets.

What you get: Run reports for clients, employees, shifts, mileage, documentation, and tasks. Set admin, manager, worker, and client access. Payroll integration depends on your configuration.
